Credits are consumed based on the model you use and the amount of text processed. 1 credit = $0.01 USD worth of API usage.

Prompt Caching
Synoppy automatically caches system prompts and tool definitions to reduce costs. Cache reads are up to 90% cheaper than regular input tokens.

You'll need to subscribe to Pro or Pro+ to continue using Synoppy with credits. You can also use BYOK mode with your own API keys.
Do unused credits roll over?
Credits reset each month on paid plans. Use them or lose them!
What happens when I run out of credits?
You'll be prompted to upgrade your plan or switch to BYOK mode with your own API keys.
Can I use BYOK without a paid plan?
BYOK requires at least a Pro plan ($20/month) for 1 provider, or Pro+ ($60/month) for up to 3 providers.
